The food is not heavy or oily, always fresh, the sides pairs well with each set, it cleanses the palate, and it encourages you to keep eating the next bite. The price is fair considered to the amount of food on your plate. They have a different special lunch menu everyday, whenever they have kakiage udon I try to order it, and they allow me order it separately even though it's only part of the special set lunch menu. I ordered the Chirashi and it was hands down the best sushi I have ever tasted. The service was efficient and very friendly, and each piece of fish was top quality. The standout dishes for me were the ikura and hotate, as they far exceeded any previous experiences I've had with them. Even the tamago and crab stick surpassed my expectations. This restaurant serves perfectly authentic, high-quality Japanese cuisine.
