Once our waiter realized we weren't ordering drinks and were sharing a meal, he essentially abandoned us. After taking our order, we didn't see him again until he brought the bill! We had enjoyed cocktails at one of the bars earlier, and since we had a late lunch, we weren't particularly hungry and decided to share a dish. We ordered the cucumber salad, Wagyu gyoza, and Okinawa sweet potato. The cucumber salad was fresh and crispy, bursting with a refreshing tang. The Wagyu gyoza were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, while the Okinawa sweet potato was simply delicious.

**Food:** Absolutely fantastic! Everything is fresh and served hot. My husband ordered beef on a sizzling hot plate (I can't recall the exact name, but just mention it to the server—they'll know what you're talking about). It came with Shishito peppers and oyster mushrooms, and it was exceptionally delicious. The sauce was perfectly balanced between salty and sweet. I ordered the 3000 Blvd roll, which was fresh and tasty. Also, I couldn’t resist getting my all-time favorite, the “Sashimi Salad.” This was my second time ordering it, and it did not disappoint!

We love this place. Some of the best service in town but once again, towards the end of the meal, the waiter and bussers just disappeared on us. We sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for anyone to stop by, offer us another drink, fill our water glasses, give us the check or clear our dishes. The server was awesome but this keeps happening here with different servers. Food was great, like always. Should have been 5 stars if they just stopped by to let us go on our way instead of trying to wave down anyone for 30 minutes. Instead, only 3 stars.
Came nye without a reservation and just wanted drinks at the bar. Drink bar was full so they were able to sit us at the sushi bar. We couldn’t resist so we ordered small plates. Food was top tier fresh 5/5. Flavors were on point. Drinks were 4/5. Strong. Service was overall decent. Ambiance was also nice. We originally had reservations for somewhere else but we weren’t super hungry so I’m glad we didn’t go there and went to Kusa with low expectations and leaving delighted. Thanks for making our nye evening pleasant!

We had a wonderful meal from start to finish. We were only able to get a reservation fairly early but that worked out well for us. We had great service. Very attentive. The food was amazing. The waygu beef gyoza is the best we've ever had. We had the cucumber salad which was also great. I highly recommend the sweet potato Okinawa side dish. I can't say anything bad about any of the items we had. It was all 5 star. It was a quiet, elegant atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals
This is a really good restaurant but unfortunately it is way overpriced ! The food is excellent as well as the service and ambiance. My wife and I did the teppanyaki and it was some of the best I've had but the bill was close to $400 with a couple of beers and some saki and I walked out still hungry !!

Came here while staying at the Conrad prior to watching Luke Bryan. We were lucky enough to be here for happy hour.We shared Wagyu gyoza, various sushi and oysters. All of these I would recommend. Don't skip over this spot when staying.
