Food Poisoning Warning!!!My family ordered a couple of dishes from Kusinera for our Christmas Eve celebration. Within 2-3 hours of consumption, everyone had gastroenteritis. They ruined our Holidays. Multiple people in our family had to call out of work. We reached out to the restaurant and their response to the complaint was severely disappointing and lacking. They did not take accountability. They dragged on with an “investigation” without any solution or compensation. Every conversation with them was one excuse after the other.I hope no one else has to go through this. Do not order from here.
While I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, our recent encounter with Kusinera compels me to share our experience.Our family have ordered several times from here. Food always tastes great, that’s why for our family reunion party, we decided to solely order from here. Unfortunately, a few hours after eating, all of us fell ill with symptoms indicative of food poisoning.Regrettably, our outreach to the owner yielded an apologetic yet unsympathetic response. Kusinera used to be one of our favorite rastaurants, but with this experience, we will no longer be ordering from here.
The staff were super friendly. There's one large table and 5 double occupancy tables. Place looks clean. The hot steam table offers different dishes everyday. Hubby and I each tried the 2 entree with rice plate. The pork and eggplant dish was the most memorable dish but everything else was delicious with their own distinguished flavors.The ube flan was super creamy. Just upset they didn't have halo halo when I went. Owner explained that she makes all the ingredients fresh and just haven't made it lately but will soon. Can't wait to come back to try everything.
We ordered a large assortment of trays for our after-wedding celebration, accommodating around 60-70 guests. Every dish we tried was a hit! They even prepared everything before their regular business hours to handle our substantial order. We will definitely be ordering from here for future events. Great job, Kusinera! The trays we ordered included bam-i, sisig, chicken afritada, beef kaldereta, ginisang sitaw with kalabasa, ginataang mais, and ube flan, totaling just over $1,000.

Stumbled upon this place after going to Eisenhower park. Really tasty home style cooked dishes. We tried most of the hot plate offerings and the lechon and everything was delicious. Owners are super friendly and very hospitable. Even had a little coloring package for kids. Will definitely be coming back to try the a la carte menu.
This is the best Filipino restaurant I've come across! The staff and the owner are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They have great vegan and vegetarian options that taste just as good as the traditional dishes. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fresh and delicious food.
The food was very good and the service was great. Brought me back home! The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you get. We had a small luncheon yesterday and the owner was very friendly and gracious. Will definitely go back!
We ate lunch (dine in)here yesterday 1/6/23. Love the food. Not too salty just perfect and my American husband approve of it and my son. We had menudo, sisig, lechon kawali, beef pastel, they are all great. Clean place and nice

This Filipino restaurant is delicious and they are welcoming, and the food is delicious, steam table and lunch combos available daily.
It was my first visit to this restaurant, and the food is absolutely incredible!
