Kyotorama - Reserva de mesa

My companion and I were used to the kyotorama restaurant in etampes. For some time we had the impression that the quality of the products was decreasing but we wanted to leave them the benefit of the doubt. Our last visit has made us come back. Indeed many flies were present in the room which is already a bad presage. We both had food poisoning after our meal, during the night and the next. Very bad, we'll never come back again.

There is nothing to say about food, only when you place an order for €32 and you give us a €50 note and you get €7.20 back, it’s limited. Mathematics concepts to review . Luckily it was good. 1 hour wait for each order. This evening after 1h40 call to the restaurant to find out when I would be delivered. I am told that I have not placed an order. My order appears on the site in my past orders!!! It’s 9 p.m. we’re going to improvise. THANKS Service: Delivery Service: 1

Very bad experience. Arrived at 8:00, the order taken at 8:30. without forgetting that everything we asked was not served because I quote "it will make you too much" We started eating around 8:50, I'm going back to the competitor faster! Reserva una mesa ahora

I was really fan of this restaurant but what disappointment with this last visit. This restaurant was the best Japanese in Etampes. It's no longer the case...
