Try something new they said, it will be alright they said... I ordered a mixed mezze, with a couple of small dishes. We all waited eagerly, checking our watches, expectation building and then it came.... The mezze came in a paper box, exactly what your expect when ordering chips from a chicken shop but longer and flatter and because the hummus was so watery, like a smooth paste it ran out of the box and settled itself nicely in the bottom of the bag. To be fair the leakage was must have happened in transit as the thick yellow oil too had ran out of the polestyrene burger box and into the hummus salad mix. Luckily some of the bread had soaked up the oil on the way down.. yuck! Anyway enough.....
The service at this restaurant was poor. We had a reservation for a table of 20 and ordered all the starters in advance, but when we arrived nothing was ready. One server kept bringing out dishes one at a time with long delays for our large group. The food was disappointing, with burnt dishes and veggie dumplings with thick pastry. The portions were small and the prices were very high. For the price we paid, we could have dined at a much better restaurant. Despite promises of live belly dance music, we were left to play our own music from our phones. To top it off, the administrator, Olga, turned off our music and asked us to leave at 11pm. The order was delivered 45 minutes late, and on top of that, I received the wrong item in my order. Instead of tarhun lemonade, they gave me 7up. Do they really think I am stupid enough to be deceived like that? The driver didn't even apologize for the delays. This is not acceptable customer service. When I tried to call the restaurant to inquire about my order, nobody answered.
Nothing wrong with the customer service and the delivery man was polite. But how much the food cost vs the quantity and quality, they're on two different planets. £8 for what looked like 3 small slices of chicken you could get from a packet in Tescos with a dribble of white wine sauce, which tasted average at best, apologies but not for me, thank you.

The order arrived very late and the food was cold. The cooking quality was very poor - we requested our meat to be well done, but it was almost raw. We were unable to eat it and ended up throwing away more than half of the dish.
Food was truly awful one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Shashlik had around 4 small pieces of meat. Bland. Cheap (but expensive, relatively). Cannot believe this was from a restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The quality of the food was terrible . The salad was literally a lettuce leave with 2 slices of tomato the chicken I belive was deep fried and not grilled. Just a bad e experience really.
beef strog was bland and the meet was tougher than my dads old work boots. No excuse really, should of tried harder. cheesecake and icecream was nice and reasonably priced.

Not only was the orrder late but there were no chips to go with the steak ordered! Extremely disappointing for a place that used to be spot on!
Food was okay, but fairly small portions. For the price I'd expect either better quality or larger quantities.
