I have never written a bad review in my life, and I love Italy and Italians, but the people who run this restaurant are the most respectful and rudest people I have ever experienced, and I always mean. The staff refused a fair service and obviously made false reasons why we could not eat what we wanted or sit where we wanted, and when we started asking them, they suddenly set up new rules that were not available. I don't know why they did this, but it was something I wouldn't want on any other customer. My message is to avoid what this place represents.
The stuff is super rude. A year ago, that stuff left my friend, and I thought that the stuff was really apologised so I came back. I felt uncomfortable since the beginning. The cooker repeatedly looked at me in an aggressive way until I felt uncomfortable and insecure. It was very unpleasant to go there to celebrate the end of the year and for the second time you feel really insecure. The male waiter answered my question about a court: There are only three pieces of desire with ironic tone. I don't advise you to go there unless you want to be crashed.
Restaurant well located and welcoming, we ate upstairs at the back. There is a terrace. We like less the tables at the entrance over the high chairs. The pizzas are delicious, especially the pizza in the photos. We had a great time. The lady who took the orders was very helpful and very pleasant. We will return there, that’s obvious!

Kytaly is by far the best italian restaurant in Geneva. Thanks to the professionalism of Alessandro you'll feel at home from the first minute. The quality of food and service they'll make you fall in love with Kytaly! I recommend it!
Being a single person meant I had to sit at the bar facing the kitchen. I was not offered a table even they stayed empty. It's a pity as the pizza was really good.
Nice location and good food, especially the pizza. Extremely slow service though. Neglected orders and constant reminders.
