We have been coming to this restaurant since 10 plus years, some times the service is good sometimes it’s utter rubbish. My husband ordered few times beef steak medium rare they never can get it right. Today 16.10.2023 we were served by Sylvie with red hair, awful , mean , miserable woman. She absolutely looked miserable and unfriendly. Just because of her attitude I decided not to eat just have a coffee and go, she asked me if you don’t eat why did you use our napkins. Napkins are if you are eating only. What a big deal…… we do pay service charges just to let you know. Awful service…..
Nicely equipped surprisingly quiet in summer despite the location in the middle of the city, tables on the other side of the restaurant directly above the Schüss, in winter with a cozy fire and pretty decorations , great and courteous staff ! and of course food of a high standard. At lunchtime it is often completely full and rightly so and you have to wait a few minutes.

Well let me say something, I had the best moments ever in biel.Service was really awesome hats off for each and every crew member of arcade and food was really excellent , friendly behavior from the staff.....The atmosphere was super... Believe me it 's worth it..........
Such a lovely place to dine in with a group or as a couple. Indoor area has a calmer ambiance. If you’re lucky you get a table in the back with river view! Food is great, tried the market salad, grilled shrimps, chicken skewers and pizza! Would definitely come again for the salad and the shrimps!

Perfekt zum Mittagessen: Gutes Essen, faire Preise, schneller und freundlicher Service und die zentrale Lage machen das Arcade zu meinem Lieblingsrestaurant für das Mittagessen in der Stadt Biel. Schöne Innendeko und angenehm zum draussen sitzen, wer gerne das Stadtambiente mag.
I was very pleased with this restaurant. The food was very good. I had a ribeye steak that was perfectly cooked. The vegetables were great and the salmon tartar was my favorite part of the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Das Tapas Buffet ist der Knaller. Ich habe sehr gut gegessen und gehe wieder. Es ist zentral gelegen und der Service sehr freundlich. Der Wein ist vorzüglich.
... because I had one of the strongest double-Espresso ever here. And this combined with pleasant service in a nice atmosphere.
