Our first evening in Souchez's art was excellent! A warm welcome and service, a varied menu, fresh and very well cooked products. And all this for a budget more than reasonable! We thank this kind gentleman who has made us discover delicious wines and who, from the beginning to the end of the meal shared with us his passion and love for his trade and congratulate the chef for his high quality cuisine! What a beautiful discovery... located 250 m from the station of Béthune. this friendly little establishment... warm. We offer an aperitif card... with fresh products and a kitchen on soft fire.. as well as an irreproachable quality ratio. the dishes are tasty.. and the attentive chef and his hotel master, listening to the guests.. without forgetting Sarah. our waitress as discreet as adorable. We'll be back soon... very nice address!
Don't miss... but you have to book in advance! I always fear for seafood, everything is excellent... I sauce the plate! The boss is very attentive to his customers and knows how to find the right wine that suits your tastes and your dish. The prices are reasonable given the quality (38€ for entry, dish, slate dessert, Sunday menus and public holidays), the fish is fishing function.
Oulala, what to say... a more than friendly welcome, a menu of thunder, all in refinement, finesse and chords. The glass wine allows to be surprised at each dish with exceptional advice! A nice surprise in the tristounet district of the station. The place is hull, it looks like a converted apartment in a restaurant. The plates are well worked with rather noble products (rougets, asparagus... . The service is very pro while being pleasant.
