Very good memory that dinner at the Yssoirien workshop. The movement, its price and its star, beautiful surprises, a high-quality presentation at each dish, without chichi but with precision. Quality service, discreet and pleasant. Map of wines of great variety, with number of local references on a complete range of prices from about 30 euros. Only a flat improvement point: the coffee in Nespresso capsule while the cultivation of the "slow coffee" has been strongly developed in France for several years and that there are many quality roasts that provide you with the highest quality grain. We had the tasting menu, a meeting/winning agreement. We're enchanted. Everything was perfect: delicate dishes and a beautiful presentation. As for the choice of wines to accompany.... Beautiful place especially the shaded terrace overlooking the stream! Top dishes, best wines, top service! Very nice sommelier and listen! I got a great red wine! A pure wonder this restaurant! We'll be back with pleasure!
