Good value quality price, except a few block points. The elevator has broken down since the beginning of the stay and it seems that the subject does not really concern the people of the reception when asked. 8 floors without elevator... it seems that this is not the first time it happens after the other comments. The accommodations are spacious, but a new coup d'état would be welcome and a little more in the service given the price in high season (small finishes, VMC present but not working, holes retouched in a door, toilet paper door poorly placed, it takes 5 minutes to get hot water in the showers, the carpet is well tinted, the couch blankets are not clean, the shower steps. We were welcomed by Mélina, Mathilde and Gana, they are very professional with a smiling welcome and listening. Throughout the stay they were available and they were able to answer our requests. Very nice to our 2-year-old daughter. The place is sublime at the foot of the tracks and very accessible. Shops nearby in no case we needed to take the car. The pool is a plus can be the water a little warmer but it does not prevent to enjoy a maximum. The apartment is small but functional and very well equipped. The view is just beautiful, we are disconnected from everything. We keep great memories. An unforgettable stay and the team thanks you. We recommend this beautiful place to 100
Great stay, ski to the feet. Nice station, nice residence. On the other hand, no swimming pool, even dirty and difficult to access (do not go for this open 3 hours a day to either say not to heat all the time, as here 3 hours a day are enough to heat a pool of this size, better to close the winter, there it would be really ecological), sauna on reservation (as well say not for everyone). Very nice staff, very welcoming. Well studied apartment, probably too small for maximum capacity. We took a 4 pers for two, so we're good. On the other hand, no kitchen storage. We can't put the races away. Great SDB, great.
The apartment is minimally comfortable, the materials are old or of average quality, but the balance is restored by the efficiency and kindness of the reception team, who are truly incredibly attentive, friendly and empathetic. Special mention to those I had to deal with the most, namely Gania (spelling of the first name? , Charlotte , Stéphanie and even Marine who I saw less.
Impeccable welcome and service from the on-site team. Comfortable duplex apartment, well appointed, plenty of storage, with views of the slopes and the mountain, facing south (nr 301). However, the building should be renovated. (Caribou) Ski locker too small for 6 people and too few places to sit and put on ski boots during rush hour.
