L En Quai - Reserva de mesa

Over four years we have regularly walked past thinking it was primarily a burger place. Last week, after chatting to some fellow Guerns, we were persuaded to try. We discovered some fantastic food that is not just the standard french tourist moule/steak frite. Stand out dishes were an octopus salad and bass in a very light cream and lemon sauce. All served by a very friendly team, who speak excellent English and at a very sensible price. We will be back when next in carteret.

Had tried to book a table the week before but they were full which is a good sign. Had a very nice welcome and were shown to our table. We chose the day menu and had a very good meal which was also reasonable. The only fault we had was the price of the wine. We paid €16 for a half litre carafe of rosé which is double the price of wine elsewhere. In spite of this we would gladly go back again.

Probably among the best burgers of the Cotentin with in addition to original recipes like Alsatian burger with sausages and sauerkraut, but also a dish of the day and delicious salads. The service is fast and the boss is very pleasant, than ask for more.

Very nice welcome, and yet without rdv, we have taken advantage of a disillusionment. Quality meals, home products. We discovered a small establishment without pretension, think to book, the local clientele is at the rendezvous. To redo Reserva una mesa ahora

A super little Bistro with a warm atmosphere. A pleasant surprise during a walk around the corner. The staff is nice and the kitchen is very good. Good little dishes that smell good at home. Comfortable and well presented! I recommend!

Do not skip dessert! Small local restaurant. Great food. Everything looked great on nearby tables. We had Fresh seafood that was super. Finished off with dessert that was heavenly.

A good welcome does not wait too much for the service super beautiful presentation the proportion to the top or too much or not enough. And the resonable price. Recommended.
