L' Escapade Bar Restaurant

We went to this restaurant because we had two very good experiences in the last three years during a visit to Castelnaudary, unfortunately the last one was disappointing, the first shock, the rise in inflation prices? , 23 euros the portion of cassoulet is a plate with a salad very little garnished for this price one would have enjoyed some croutons, a small goat, possibly some canard grattons. The cassoulet was very good but the final note is clearly unjustified. And to say that the cassoulet was called the dish of the poor.

We went there with family and friends and we were not disappointed! The quality/price ratio menu is undeniable! For a first true cassoulet we were not disappointed and entries and desserts were good as well. The only flat to be notified is the waiting time a little long between each dish but this is explained by the fact that it is a small restaurant, few staff and home fact and it feels! So 4 stars for the purists but you're worth 5!

A very good restaurant to taste local products. A very good cooked cassoulet on site, the quality charcuterie of the local merchant. A well prepared kitchen, delicious in a pleasant setting and a quick service with a smile. Very clean, not very large, but the tables are not one on the other. Correct price. Think about booking!!!
