I and a few friends came over this restaurant and bar when we were on the way to Belgium, which ferry to calais caught. we stopped in Saint-Sylvestre to visit the brewery and really liked the environment, so we thought we had a drink so we could taste a glass of 3 months. the restaurant had such a great atmosphere that we held for lunch. coming from london and stopping at a place like this was exactly what we needed. we had all cooked in 3 months, which was excellent and the service was top notch.
Estaminet proposant des plats variés, des suggestions toujours élaborées. Des responsables qui ont le sens de l’accueil et du commerce. Ambiance très chaleureuse on s'y sens chez soi. De plus gustativement cet estaminet fait largement la différence. C'est l'endroit idéal pour manger et passer une bon moment !
Nice setting, you feel good. nice personal, although having some wine gaps, but good, we are in the country of beer...The American net (prepared was appreciated, less the tripes that seemed warmed. very fat and surprising sweet flavor. Good dessert.
