Rooms are ok, a good size, but don’t expect complimentary tea or coffee, they don’t do it. We had an issue with leaking aircon, but they fixed it very quickly (good maintenance staff). Also an issue with safety on our balcony as glass screen was loose, wasn’t fixed during our stay, quite a big safety issue with small children who could simply push the glass out at 3 storeys high. Pool is a bit dirty, but big and could be better if cleaned once in a while (mould growing in the grout at bottom of pool and yellow scum line around water line), kids enjoyed it though. Hotel breakfast is pretty good and selection is decent, hotel dinner is not so good, the hot plates do not seem to work correctly...
Beyond expectation! Had read a lot of reviews and was skeptical, but definitely not deserved! Good service, good range of food and drinks (magical for being all inclusive! and fresh rooms. If you are not a Karen to the staff, they are not a Karen to you either Neither my husband nor I play golf but wanted a place not in the middle of the center, and it turned out exactly what we wanted! Lots of activities at the hotel, nothing we necessarily participate in but appreciate that the opportunity exists! Checking in is very complicated if you have a car, since there is no space to leave it while you go through a pathetically slow entry process. They can even fine you if you leave it out since everything is a yellow zone. Parking is expensive, and clearly the staff, while very friendly, have severe organizational problems. They saturate you with information and you end up discovering things yourself, even the receptionist said: Investigate and asking you will reach Rome ... the room is a disaster, the curtains let in the light and you cannot rest. Un poco alejado de la playa. Las habitaciones no contaban con cortinas dobles y a las 7 de la mañana entraba mucho sol. La nuestra daba hacia la parte de atrás y el ruido de las máquinas no nos dejaba dormir. No volveré. Detalles destacados: Era complicado entrar y salir de la bañera.
