La Balade Des Saveurs

We ate at noon. We've been following them since they started in Isle on the Sorgue, every time it's delicious. This restaurant has become a must for our holidays in Provence. The chef and his entire team deserve the recognition of gastronomic guides. There is a mastery of the products used and a harmony of the flavors that is worth the detour. We had the chance to taste, to taste their macarons, it's a real pleasure like all their dishes since the beginning. Some Belgians who love provence and gastronomy.

We came last weekend on Saturday night. We simply loved the walking menu and especially for my part the salmon tartare smoked by their care with a basil sorbet. So delighted that we returned there on Sunday noon to taste other dishes. Really exquisite from beginning to end. The flavors explode in the mouth. Nothing is left to chance. And more staff is very attentive and very friendly. This restaurant bears its name beautifully and as we have said when we leave: especially do not change anything!!!!!!!!

A long time ago, I didn't eat. The chef has surpassed in his taste associations, an extraordinary basil sorbet, a snack tuna in short a complete success thanks also to excellent service. Thank you for taking part in the success of our holiday.

For our 2nd visit the restaurant always bears its name. The suggestion of the day was perfect the super nice boss and the cheap price at all compared to the price and quality of other place. Next year for our holidays Reserva una mesa ahora

We ate there several times last summer. Home and super staff, the kitchen is a treat and we look forward to returning to it this year. It's become a must-see.
