Their tacos are soooooooooo good. They just have one of tbe best tacos I've tried for these few years. Also, you MUST GET CARNITAS FRIES. Please trust me and get one. You won't regret. But just keep in mind, the portion of fries is enough for 2-3 ppl. I want to visit there right now while I'm writing a review. My husband also said their foods are really good. We will definitely visit again with more friends. We are confident that everyone will love here. Next time we'll get: 2 beer batteres fish tacos, 2 alpastor tacos, and carnitas fries for 2 people. If there are more people, maybe we will get more fish tacos. Their carnitas has crispy, grilled skin and juicy part inside... and the texture...
Food is great. But they NEVER put any salsa in the bags when you order food for delivery. Plus there is LITERALLY NO OPTION to ask for it when you do order. One would think that salsa would be included when you order Mexican food, but I guess not this place. At this point I am an about done with ordering from here. So if you want it, you might as well just go in person. Otherwise it is a TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME.
Great food and love the online ordering. Bar side is great, but food side is a little lacking in friendliness. Certainly not enough to keep us away though. We still love them all and will return time after time. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options.
Lupes is so solid. I’d almost call it a San Diego style taco shop. Killer smoked tuna tacos, loaded fries, proper burritos. Authentic Al pastor. You really can’t go wrong with this joint

Delicious authentic Mexican food in a nice restaurant. I lóved the grilled fish burritos! There were so many delicious options, I will have to go back to this great restaurant
The best California burrito in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. If you haven't tried their Cali burrito, then you haven't truly experienced a Cali burrito!
0 stars. Horrible food poisoning after eating here on July 2nd. Either from the salsa or birria consume. Never again
This is a regular spot for us to pick up food. The seafood tacos and burritos are awesome. Will keep going back.

The food was delicious. I sat next door at La Barra and enjoyed their fantastic Happy Hour specials.
