La Bastide - Reservar una mesa

One of our favorite restaurants in the Southwest of France. Friendly service, extraordinary cuisine, lovely small selection of local wines. (We had a beautiful 2014 Pécharmant Bergerac Red). Food every course was a masterpiece. I had Baby Rack of lamb, cooked to perfection, My wife enjoyed a Whole Dover Sole, probably caught the day before, brilliantly prepared, and our guest had Fresh Diver Scallops that were as sweet as i have ever tasted. These hosts know how to serve a perfect dinner. Not to be missed, even to make a trip way out of your way to enjoy a SPECIAL dinner!!!

We had dinner here in August 2020 and the food and wine were very good and the hosts welcoming and friendly. I’d highly recommend the white chocolate and passion fruit ice cream dessert, my partner had it and I was very envious of his choice.

Greeted by very pleasant owner. Not an extensive menu but our starters of salmon and duck terrine followed by steak was delicious. Good price for the quality of food.

A good high quality restaurant but on a main road. Not quite the French experience we were expecting, however very modern and food and service of high quality
