I have to be a food snob, or just a simple schnapps, because I was disappointed with the food in this star restaurant. Although the first dish was the so-called amuse beech was a stunning mix of wonderful aromas, things went downhill from there. The appetizer was gnocchi with chanterelles with small strips of bacon, though crisp. For someone like me who lives in the USA, the bacon was a bit abandoned! The main course was three hard pieces turbot, which had become cold with a mix of beautiful vegetables that swim in a thin sauce of any kind.
