La Bergerie - Reserva de mesa

The place is very beautiful, refined and the cuisine is very well prepared, congratulations to the chef, he manages to make delicious dishes and as they say, pull out all the stops. We can regret that the only three dishes on the menu are steak tartare, chicken and cod. Very basic then. Chicken remains chicken, a dish that you would rather see on the children's menu. For desserts there is also a chocolate option missing. Pavlova and lemon tart both contain merengue which not everyone likes. The wine list, the shortest ever seen: while we are in a wine estate, we have the choice between a white wine, a rosé and two reds..... What a shame.

This restaurant is in a beautiful area of the Corbières Mountains in southern France, not far from the Mediterranean sea. Craggy hills, old pine trees, a little river are on the property and then an ugly go cart track! The restaurant is located away from that and elegant and quiet. The well priced menus are good to excellent. The amuse bouche was outstanding, the first course nicely done and the main course more run of the mill with a great dessert to end the meal. The service was friendly but spotty. The Lastours Rose was excellent.

Fine dishes, serene and quiet atmosphere. A very pleasant moment….a magnificent interior setting and very beautiful exterior views of the Corbieres. The wines that you tasted in the restaurants can be purchased at the cellar of the Château de Lastours which adjoins! !! (I didn't give 5 stars.... (Just because you can always go higher

Absolute gem discovered by chance. Formula at 38 euros with unbeatable value for money. Sea bream ceviche, beef tartare and revisited lemon tart absolutely delicious and generously served.
