restaurant chosen for our traditional school year meal among colleagues. a priori a good table with a good reputation. Gastronomes warned, so we were waiting for something surprising. What a disappointment. market meal at 31 euros: one of the most basic, even limited, entry: smoked salmon taboulé 3 rocket leaves. good fish dish, nice presentation, well-worked vegetables. and dessert extremely disappointing: strawberry soup in a floating island: good but fade in textures. very great collective disappointment so if we compare with the other Mulhousian tables that offer a lunch from noon to 30 euros. we have dinner on the terrace on the gastronomic side Thursday evening (bitronomy side also.) for the frile of the plaids are available. The service is really fast and almost user-friendly. The plates are nicely presented and present each time a color panach. We had a special blow of heart for lobster-based entry, crunchy vegetables that was really succulent. The dishes were also good.We received good advice for the wines.Petit flat on the dessert to the fish/gelée de vin of the gourmet menu which missed our taste of gourmet.

invited by friends, we were delighted by the very professional and warm welcome. the proposal of the day that included a small iced jar of watermelon and melon, smoked salmon in entry with a delicious fish eggs mousse (see photo), a flea flake with girolles and a strawberry mousse in dessert (a little more fade.) a good selection of wines offered to the glass. an address to be recommended

No food problems. We were at the terrace of bistronomy a very pleasant place. When we arrived tree debris rested on the table (it I understand.) they are left all the time of the meal and when I noticed it before leaving, instead of telling me that no one had seen them or any other excuse, I was told that it was nature and that it was enough to remove them. excellent evening at the closet this Friday 23 June started by the wine salon jouvence bath, followed by a great dinner. the staff is nice and very welcoming. special mention to the talented maelle, alias choupette who has very well advised us on the choice of wines. To do absolutely.

I don't change my mind about the quality of the criee that is always on top, the entree and dessert were of the same level bravo for the meal. a margin of progres remains to do for the reception, I already knew it from a better level to this address.

invitations to training, success to do as well for so many people is rare, reception and friendly service, wine is very good, red as white, restoration for a group of 40 people is excellent, successful cooking. to advise for your meetings.
