Hello, Following your answer, I will change my opinion and put you 4 stars instead of 3 because I did not see your general rating and realize that my rating was a bit severe and I do not particularly like to drop the average of people. As the owner of a cottage, I know how difficult it is to keep its rank and especially how a single bad rating can have a significant impact on the ranking. We may have fallen on a bad non-representative day of the whole but, to understand our initial note, we had three negative points to go back to you in order of importance: First, the restaurant room was very badly ventilated on the day of our visit and there was a very strong atmosphere of frying. Maybe you had a point hood problem but we kept the smell on the clothes all day. The cheese quiche we had taken in the entrance had no taste and above all would have deserved to be served warm. The dishes on the other hand were very good. The dessert left me no memory. The young waiter, at last, though very kind, was not at all listening to this day and was leaving while we were talking to him without even finishing taking the command. We had to call him back to make sure he had noticed everything, which was not the case, and again to dessert. It also seems that he had not anticipated the lack of refill for the paper of the blue card reader and you had the kindness to offer us a coffee the time to wait for someone to recover it from the outside. We will, however, excuse his inexperience and it was not the main point that motivated our rating. Very cordially.
