La Bonne Auberge - Reservar una mesa

We had arrived a few years ago and it was really exceptional, to a point as we returned 3 times. But it was before. That disappointment. on the menu, 2 admissions, 2 dishes, 2 desserts, plus a tasting menu we chose. It was good, but really without more, no exceptional flavors as in my memory, in the 4th service, we had the right of rythm veal overcame by a poelé foie gras, one of the 2 meters was too much, it was worth the rest of the meal. and when I asked if it was possible to have a dessert for the fruit (the dessert that was already on the map) we would have a dessert. In short, an addition of 475 euros to two, for a whole meal. I learned the next day that the good inn had lost its star...

behind a far away, remarkable façade on a wide, far away road between Germany and France, there is this hidden gem. an interieur with a winter garden that somehow reminded us of el celler de can roca. a very friendly, stylish, well-known owner who speaks all key languages. her sister is the chef, and she creates wonderful, innovative, colorful great Michelin star dishes. this restaurant is really good and it knows, given the rather violent price tag. 17 euro for a welcome cocktail is something above the top. so is 8.50 for a bottle of water. that was a very memorable experience, and that is sometimes unpaid (after a certain trade, that is)

from the moment in which she greets 'la bonne auberge', personally from handshake from the owner to the last bit they are part of a wonderful gastronomic experience. the impeccable, impeccable service, the personal care and of course the truly extraordinary kitchen in a super elegant...environment make this restaurant the choice when in the sarcastic area. best is to choose the menu (changes to the curses are possible.) ask madame egloff only after their recommendations; she'll take care of you. a magical place of devastation. reservation is necessary.

we come more or less regularly into this excellent restaurant, led by two sisters. always at the highest level and never the same. tonight a menu with foie gras, king prawns in an exquisite preparation and turbot au basilique among others. Sellie creme adorned. a very fine cheese plateau and desserts: the photos speak for themselves. not to forget the amuse gaule and the creation between the cheese and dessert! another excellent dinner in this restaurant!

highest quality eating, imaginative dishes served by the charming chef sister. that was a very pleasant dinner. we were a few times in this restaurant with special ambiente, but we were never served the same dish. the chef has a lot of imagination! the Loire...wine also fits well.
