We spent 1h40min here and all we got was amush bush, which in my case had mold on dried tomato crust included and main course lamb with mini ratatouille and potatoes which were okayish. First we were seated on the table which seemingly no waiter...took care. Got water and crackers but no menus. After 15 mins I walked in and asked for menus. At 20 mins the menus came with apologies. Order and delivery of amush bush, wine and main course was promising but when entering the dessert we were totally forgotten again. only a short walk from our pension in moustiers is this place at the rande of the village beautiful and peaceful. after the choice to sit on the terrace, we have dined from the 28€ fixed price menu and were really satisfied with the. quality food. we chose both the red mullet as starters, which was served with razor clams, swirling a delicious purée. we were also treated with a wonderful amuse bouche of goat cheese with a hauch of a sweet chutney. it followed a main trout with mandel. it was not traditionally served, but came with a seafood fountain mousse made for a really fresh fish dish. This hotel is on the main street just as you are leaving town. Access can be daunting if carrying luggage unless you know to use the ground floor elevator beside the adjacent pizza restaurant. Room was quiet, clean and spacious by European standards. Breakfast was not the best of cold buffets I have experienced, but adequate. There is a lovely pool and pool deck to enjoy. Parking in their small garage can be reserved for 10 Euros, but a free town parking lot is just across the street. It remains full until early evening when day trippers go home.
We'd booked in advance as we were on a tight schedule and wanted to eat somewhere nice in Moustiers. We arrived, were welcomed and seated. We chose what we wanted and opted for the Moustiers menu, beef option. The dishes served did differ somewhat from...what was listed, namely missing the wasabi foam and the the basil and pesto on the beef carpaccio. It was nice, but should have been as described. The beef fillet was nice, the bone marrow was too much though. Really beautiful setting and we did enjoy ourselves.

menus are not too expensive for a gastronomy, dishes are excellent (meat as fish). entries are also succulent and the perfect dessert! we took two menus at 23 and one at 29 and we had not at all: very good value for money! Finally, the mouths of lovers are here to crown everything!
Abbiamo deciso di fermarci a pranzare in questo ristorante durante la visita al villaggio di Moustiers St. Marie. Le sale da pranzo sono al primo piano. L’ambiente è accogliente e luminoso. Cibo buono e ben presentato. Personale gentile. In definitiva, un buon pranzo turistico.
disappointing we expected a more qualitative cuisine from the "master restorer" label and menus. the kitchen seemed quite basic to me from the entrance to the dessert, the bread without interest. the terrace frame is nice on the other hand.
Glad we decided to stay for dinner. My husband has escargot and I started with a Nicoise salad, both good. The pork and cockerel were excellent. Our waiter was friendly and helped us translate where needed. Highly recommend
