Freshness, simplicity, but in the good sense, dishes that must be eaten already with the eyes. Small vegetables that are all more delicious than others. A small restaurant without tralala, but so perfect. Besides the staff's smiles. For me, it was in 2020... in 2021 the small vegetables disappeared. The desserts after 1h30 to wait for them!!! And the waitress, she had finished her service so she wasn't there, in summary 3:30 at the table for aperitif and flat. We must have fallen a bad day, I hope.
