A sypathic welcome at first and then in fact at the time of order we feel that we are under the prison control of the person responsible. Everything is insipid and that warm, we are well in a collective food chain, the salad appeared out of a tupperware it lacks ingredients compared to what proposed on the menu, the dish is freezing like the atmosphere. Cooking meat ok, fries ok not complicated, salad sheet and tomato tip ok, but no fun in the plate and you have to remember the extras. You don't take alcohol all the customers know, thanks to discount and discriminate the customer. It was the first time I came to this restaurant, and it was a real pleasure to eat there. A meat of excellent quality with a cooking of burgers that perfectly matched my demand. The tiramisu is really extraordinary. The service was perfectly realized, with a waitress who doesn't hesitate to chat with you, which makes you want to go back to this restaurant. Congratulations.
Very good meal with correct price in the line of the franchise but.... Manager condescending and directive, with a politicty of merchant who does not let any empathy transcribe. The whole thing sounds right and doesn't want to go back.
A bad restaurant of fries even not crispy a hard meat, a dessert even no fresh one who cares about it, because we asked and it made it smile. I've never eaten so badly I don't recommend this restaurant, really!!
