a organic bakery with real leaven bread! small on-site restoration with a magnificent table (from local manufacturing). everything is 100% vegetable even if not indicated. gluten-free options are available. the approach is locavore and zero waste (or at least they seek to reach it as much as possible, in the way they do very well). and finally what doesn’t ruin anything, the whole team is super friendly! I recommend that the eyes be closed. tips: eventually think about booking your bread by phone because at the end of the day there are often fewer choices (zero start-up waste required).
Living in Oyonnax I often have the opportunity to go to Amberious. Since I discovered this bakery, I've always stopped!! Very good reception, pleasant and smiling. The bread and other products are simply excellent. Very tasty and digestive. Nothing to do with ordinary bakery...
