The Dogdogne Boyz ' Dining Club (DBDC) selected this restaurant for its monthly luncheon. On Saturdays this is really a busy place, practically all tables were occupied, mostly by groups. The reason why John 's comments are quite favourable: he opted for à la carte alternatives rather than for the proposed 3-course lunches which most of the group ordered. But we can commend them on their efficiency/ flexibility; And personally I thoroughly enjoyed and rate highly commend my superb coquille St Jaques gorgeous grenouille. a real treat of a meal. Just outside Bergerac we drove passed and saw it was very busy so turned around and had lunch there. Menu du jour excellent, good choices and great buffet for starters and desserts. Wine and coffee included and a chance to practice your French. Full of French people who know the good places to eat. We had to have a second visit.
For many years we keep on saying we will visit at last we have! Buffet very tasty, steak haché very good deserts from the buffet similarly good. Excellent value quality-wine coffee included for €13.60 for lunch. Will be back for Sunday lunch!

We were for lunch, took the menu (15 euros), there was a very complete buffet for the first, 3 options for the main dish (we took 2 different and was good), a buffet for the dessert (was great) and coffee included. Very recommended!
