Attracted by the rave reviews, we both tried the risotto. This place is known for its risotto. Big mistake. Very stodgy, neither of us could finish. But then we made an even bigger mistake, by failing to conceal our disappointment from the waitress, who immediately summoned the manageress (they seemed to be related) to give us a real dressing down. Nobody, but NOBODY criticises our risotto. We have been serving this for 20 years (complete with flagship lone pea and tiny grilled tomato) and you are the first (and will be the last) customers not to like it. Never saw that coming. But it certainly made for a memorable meal.
I can be considered a big eater, who knows how to enjoy traditional cuisine and good dishes. At Bourru Gourmand, it's the first time a restaurant has been eating me. The Bourru burger is truly monumental, the products are fresh and local, the Munster is falling. The servers and the couple of managers are great people who come to make sure you spend a great time in a room with sea view If you go to Gérardmer, stop yourself absolutely in this establishment that I recommend without hesitation
Nice place for a dinner. the tables are distant from each other and for two people are spacious. women's staff is very professional and cares about you. The torched pie lacked cream and the dough was a little hard and fine. the excellent grilled calf. The spaetzle was tiny. Too bad. the glass dessert house at all. the place is quite suitable for a romantic head. prices are correct. We can only advise this place.
Top home, little for the server that was awesome, very nice, funny and good advice. Aperitif served with olives, very good munstiflette, many choices, prices are very reasonable. Menu for children, with a drawing and pencils, it's very good. The frame is great, taste for decoration. In short a very good evening, thank you again!

This restaurant is located near the lake, staff is very helpful and friendly. Gastronomy in this local deserves its poster. Too bad, the sauerkraut was not on the menu of the day... Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. We will certainly come back to drunk. Good continuation to all and very soon to Gérardmer...
Dîner ici lors de notre passage au petit hôtel du lac dont c 'est le restaurant. Accueil et ambiance sympa, vue sur le lac. Le repas était délicieux, je recommande en particulier la souris d 'agneau incontournable ici. Nous reviendrons

Good value for money. Nice plates. Affordable child menu at 8.50 €. We were received. I love the decoration inside and the view of the terrace on the lake is beautiful

Grand restaurant. Parking disponible. Tables près des fenêtres vue sur lac. Le service est bien. Les plats sont bons et bien servi.
