This place was a great find. They have a set menu which is great value. Under 50 euro per person. This includes water wine starter main dessert and coffee. Proper honest food, home cooked. Great quality and the service was good also.Terrine starter was delicious foklowed by smoked salmon and an ice cold shot of smooth vodka as a digestif.You have a few choices for main, when we went mainly fish, beef, quail and duck.I had the quail and it was tender and flavoursome. Their red wine was lovely also.Would highly reccomend this place for an authentic French meal which is i would imagine the same as proper french family would have had at their grandmas house. Great job!
This is a typical French restaurant with good French homecooking. The menu is a fixed price with four courses and wine included. Starters were homemade pate and charcuterie, with a green salad. Then followed gravadlax salmon with a shot of iced vodka! (Don't drive home). There was a small choice of mains, we had the Rognons de Veau ( Divine) and the Cotes d'Agneau ( perfectly cooked) Then there was a choice of five or so desserts. All excellent value. Overheard the lady on the next table saying "This is my favourite restaurant " - that says it all.
La Brouette continues to be our favorite restaurant in Cannes. We always make it our first stop when we arrive. From start to finish, everything is perfect. The owners are friendly, the food is fabulous and the prices are reasonable. Definitely a meal we look forward to all year long (and we live in a place with some pretty spectacular food).
Excellent French cuisine and service, menu with wine and menu for kids. Lever pate, salad, charcuterie, bread while waiting for food. Champagne immediately. Starter served with vodka, main course with a bottle of wine. Dessert. Yummy!

Très bonne surprise, nous avons pris un navarin de vœux, très bien cuisiné, avec beaucoup de saveurs, copieux agrémenté de riz bien aromatisé. Un accueil et service sympathique Je recommande.
Best service in France by far. Sweetest owners. Amazing food. A must if you are in cannes! A bottle of wine comes with the prefix menus. Many options to choose from.
