La Brûlerie des Monts

The place where all the cool people hang out. The morning I was there this week, a mixed garb of retirees, families with young kids, group of women, cyclists and me! Service was excellent, even asked my waitress if she was always this happy and efficient. Fruit was amazing, baguette dripping with warm butter, just as I asked and two big chunks of Brie. But the best part has to be my bowl of café au lait and the intricate design on it that miraculously stays till the last drop. Oh! and the people gazing and the view of the church and the mountains. So sad to see a business that once was such a popular place has been diminished to a coffee bean store with inexperienced staff. While drinking coffee outside on the terrace, I witnessed some disappointed customers turning away after realizing that it had nothing else to offer. Develop a business plan and fix this place or let someone else with vision use this property. Best of luck.

The best coffee i ever had.I even bought some roasted for home use.The cozy simple ambiance made it a perfect place for breakfast with the kids.The menu has a lot of options and the best are the pancakes and french toasts.The prices are very affordable.i wish we were staying for more days in Saint Sauveur, but it will definitely be my first stop once i visit the area again.

Great coffee. Two small latte... $10.Had an almond croissant that was unbelievably delicious. $6.00No regrets. I can afford it...but I still felt I was getting dinged, inspite of the good quality. Service was acceptable but by no means friendly...I even left a toonie. Maybe because it's Saint-Sauveur? Tourist town...I will go back if only for the quality. Reserva una mesa ahora

Today i was rudely treated by the cashier at this cafe in st sauveur . I had asked 3 times for oat milk in my cappuccino . The order went to the barrista as ‘ milk’ I’m lactose intolerant . I explained by order was wrong, no apology given. Refund request also refused and cashier asked me to get out!!!!

This place puts the 'chain coffee ' places to shame and do they ever make a good cappuccino! Had breakfast elsewhere that morning, but after seeing their breakfast plates go by, I wish I would have eaten there. Will definitely go back!

Cafe mocha was delicious and food was plentiful. Our server was awesome and we really enjoyed the atmosphere as you walk into the coffee making.

This is probably the best place in Saint Sauveur for a tea or coffee. Plenty of choices, vegan options and polite staff.

Excellent coffee ingeneral. The best decaf I have ever tasted, even when dripped at home. Good food. Pleasant service.
