L.a. Burdick Handmade Chocolates

I got a Burdick blend dark hot chocolate small size. I must to say it tastes thick enough that is just what I preferred and expected, compared to those cocoa powder drink which taste thin and watery. They serve hot chocolate beverage made of melted, solid chocolate shavings from chocolate bar, blended with hot liquid. I think small size of the drink is just perfect, otherwise you may want some water to remove thickness or sticky feeling on your tongue. There are different chocolate flavors selling in the store. I bought one bag of dark chocolate shavings $26, you can literally reproduce the beverage by yourself at home! Cozy place filled with chocolate aroma.

There is always a line to get hot chocolate from here, and for good reason too. Their milk hot chocolate tastes like a creamy chocolate explosion in your mouth, incredible richness and deliciousness. They are expensive, but well worth it, absolutely love it!

This place is a great for chocolate lovers! The hot chocolate is rich, decadent, and made with real chocolate. I had the hot chocolate, and it was like a campfire in a mug. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back

Overrated the service is slow, the pastries are average, and the hot chocolate is too heavy and rich.

Came here for hot chocolate and it was great! The place was packed but we were able to get a seat.
