La Cabane De L'aiguillon

Thoroughly enjoyed, laid back setting with fresh seafood, in particular, the oysters (obviously) and the sweet prawns and the bulots and the.....you get the picture. Didn 't venture to Cap Ferret so can 't really compare to oyster cabanes over there . Loved the setting, next to water, vines providing a natural shade, simplicity that flowed into the food, with fresh seafood, speaking for itself with bread, butter and complimentary wines.....service was friendly and welcoming!

Very tasty food we had oysters and shrimps. We picked the largest type of oysters, but I think it would have been great also the medium sized. The biggest portion of oysters has 12 of them and the big sized shrimps contains 5 6 shrimps.

WE drove to Arcachon from Bordeaux for a day near the SEa. What an incredible experience, fresh seafood and refreshing white wine, under the shade of beautiful grapes. LIke a movie but so real. Simple menu everything fresh.

Menu is limited to oysters, shrimps and whelk but what a pleasure to it them so fresh in front of an incredible scenery.

Fresh, cheap and very local. Just in front of the sea. Easy manu. Fast service. Very recommended!!!!
