A group of four freinds visited .. based upon the Trip Advisor recommendations Clolser inspection would have shown that the majority were made before Covid and are in some cases questionable ie. palced by freindso f the restaurant .. or, the ocals visitors are both food blind or being paid for good reviews Tepid, insipid meals .. Noix de Saint Jacques tiedie au Xeres insipid, too many of mushrooms .. over priced Ris de veau reheated, poor taste, too many tomatoes, no taste so, left most of it Server owner wasn 't impressed and almost demanded that the plate be finished before taking it away .. think they were offended that the offal they served was awful!! Smoked slamon salad started .. coul...
What a pleasure to return to the trapper's Cabane. The decor is almost the same, with an atmosphere Quebec still TOP. The poutines are delicious novelties (testées : la Méchante sausage rougaille spicy ; the cursed beef simmered in the curse; the Royal meats. The cup Commodore a must ( vanilla ice cream, homemade caramel sauce, topping paste with crumble. What a pleasure!

Unbelievably awesome! We like to go regularly to enjoy the excellent poutines that are served there. Likewise, the decoration really allows us to escape. The boss is very nice and helpful. Everything's great! Get your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed!

A nice restaurant, again experienced beg July. Quiet with quick service, very good meals and nice place, looking to Canada style. 3 young waiters weren't able to manage everything. Despite this, good place.
Excellent! The dishes are original and very good. The setting is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We're transported to Canada. And the welcome is great. Anyway I recommend
Entrees and plates are very well made and refined. Dessert are also good. The place is cool and different. It deserves better results nonetheless.
This restaurant smells good the tile shirt and the bush axe ^ ^ We eat really well (attention it's hearty ! and the boss is adorable !
