La Cafet' Vernouillet

I order two flank steaks to grill, from the cafeteria menu. They take two blocks of meat out of the freezer which they throw on the grill. I make the remark but am told that they sold the rest. And the lady began to massacre the two blocks of ice with a tender metal mass. We were therefore served two shapeless pieces of meat, without respecting the requested cooking methods. Could it have been otherwise? No respect for the food and customers. To flee

If I could have measured 0 I would have put it. To cook the waffle the agent has to press with his hand without gloves of course while welcoming other customers, giving them change etc. without washing his hands. Reflection given to the agent but for him this is completely normal. TO FLEE !!!!

Since the change of ownership we go there much less often during the lunch break, the meals have lost quality and the staff is less cheerful than before. Damage...
