La Cage - Brasserie sportive

Went here for lunch, unless your going for a game I do not recommend. Everything is pretty much average frozen food. We had a burger and a pulled chicken burger. Wasn't impressed. The restaurant was empty and it took the waitress forever to come take our order. She was too busy talking with another waitress. Not impressed will go else where next time.

Il locale è un Sport pub in cui è possibile mangiare dei buoni hamburger/sandwich vedendo delle partite di sport americani. La selezione delle birre è abbastanza scarna (quasi esclusivamente birre canadesi). Il cibo non è male ma non è neanche apocalittico :) buona la cheesecake a base di Oreo.

Wait staff very friendly and helpful. Appetizers were excellent. Entrées were very good. Ambiance was fun with television screens all over so you dont miss a thing! They also have an outside terrace with huge umbrellas. Great menu presentation Will certainly go back!

We went here twice for breakfast on a bus tour. The seating was terrible. They shoved us all into a corner and you couldn't move, when the whole restaurant was empty, and a whole courtyard full of tables outside and in the front. The food though, was very, very good.

The staff is too busy watching the same sports that people go there to watch. The service was terrible and took an inordinate amount of time to get our food, then settle the bill. I would hope service is better when the World Cup isn't on.

I didn't use to go at La Cage but since they changed the menu, I enjoy it much more. Of course it's always a great place to watch Sports events but now the menu makes a difference. Staff is OK,

Stopped here just before the luzia show, had a reasonably priced bottle of wine and tray of popcorn! Music was playing but we were on the balcony so it was ok!

Totally recommended to continue the true Canadiens experience. Loud, fun, and good value. The nachos are HUGE! and tasty...
