"we have advised to try for a Sunday evening meal, as our hotel has been closed nearby. eating was quite good, but what was ruined for us was the attitude of the owner who made fun of our trying to speak French and seemed to think he was a frustrated standing up comic. he made sweat on our cost and turned to the other (French) diners for laughing at our cost."

We visited for our anniversary lunch, taking a bit of a chance as we had not tried this restaurant before. What a fabulous meal we had! We both love escargots with garlic and can rarely find them on menus in Lot et Garonne so we...were in heaven. If you are a massive escargots fan you can have an entire menu devoted to them I would have liked to try them with Roquefort but that is not possible unless you opt for that menu. Afterwards I had suprême of pintade (guinea fowl) with tarragon sauce which was beautifully tender and the sauce was to die for. My husband is a steak fan and eats them everywhere. He had entrecôte which turned out to be two thinly sliced steaks with Gorgonzola sauce, whic...

I myself, wife and my laws went into this restaurant as the first French restaurant in frankreich in our vacation. certainly not disappointed! the menu is small, although everything we ate was absolutely fantastic. we had a mix of appetizers escargot, flambé prawns, moules .an Italian carpaccio by boeuf, all was absolutely delicious. the mains were also beautiful, we had calf, we were thrown away. to finish we had cream brulee, frozen nougat profiteroles. also in short vacation we have said here in France that we will come back! highly recommended if they are in the opposite, friendly attentive service. Open up!

under new management. menu very similar to before, but without so much concrete on escargots, which still, but sad with less garlic butter, although they can also use Roquefort sauce. gambas with garlic butter are amazing. the Guinea-Fowl with orange... sauce was very nice and the calves were very abundant. However, the vegetable feeds were rather sad and tasteless and there is no excuse for this in this area of colorful products. the service was very good, although we miss the maintenance of the previous patron, who unfortunately has died.

this restaurant was recommended as a restaurant of our hotel. what an amazing surprise! Eating was absolutely delicious, we had a “confit de canard”, a “souris d’agneau” and “bavette de bœuf”. the desserts were also a magical culinary journey! the moelleux...au chocolat, the mousse au chocolat and above all the baba au rhum were an absolute délice! and above everything is homemade. the personal and the owner were also really nice, fun and entertaining! it is a truly unforgettable experience:
