Fantastic restaurant. Friendly, warm welcome at the door. The restaurant is split into different sections with mirrored wooden panels giving it a cosy feel. The owner even brought an extra chair to place my partners bag on. The food was exceptional, best meal out, I've had in a long time. Most certainly the best Italian. We were greeted with some home made bread and meatballs in a lovely tomato sauce The antipasto was really fresh and full of flavour accompanied by beautiful warm bread. The main courses were fresh ravioli with cheese and pear, the flavours were a perfect match. My partner's lasagne was super tasty too. At the end of the meal we were treated to some jars of sweets, fresh clementines and a carafe of homemade lemonchelo which was wonderful. Walking back from the restaurant, the owner had come out in his car to find us, as I'd left my glasses. He even offered us a lift back to the hotel. What an amazing evening we had. Many thanks to all at this very special place.
very recommended! amazing food and service. we visit from Canada and the owner came to our table to make sure we enjoy and gave us recommendations for visiting in mailand. eating (especially pasta) was amazing! at the beginning of the meal they brought us free baked and roasted brot with their house meatballs and marinara. at the end of our meal they brought us free house made limoncello and a baptical sweet, love it!
what a little gem! from my hotel looking for a fast bite and I stumbled over this wonderful bistro. personal friendly, decor exquisite, eating delicious, menu well balanced, price-performance ratio. I wish I had the chance to come more often. well made really unforgettable.
this restaurant is really great, the portions are generous (see just the cotoletta in my pictures, little attention will be for the customers (delicious free tomato meat balls and the server are very friendly. at the end of the meal will be some sweet, which really lovable!
