La Calade Gourmande

Following the comments, I decided to try this kebab that I didn 't know about. Accustomed to this cuisine, I have eaten in a dozen different kebabs in Villefranche. I don 't understand the praise in the reviews. However, I am not a difficult customer to please (especially for this type of street food . What 's wrong (in my opinion : The part reserved for cooking and preparing sandwiches is really not very clean (yet, it was lunchtime, and there was not a single customer When I arrived I saw the boss smoking his cigarette on the terrace (no worries . But once my order is placed, he comes in to help the person in the kitchen . And here, I am very surprised to see that he does not wash his hand...

We came today as a family, 2 pancake and taco menus and a children's menu. P Quality, quantity, speed nothing to complain about.
