04/20/2024 The table service was super good, but the cashier supposedly “in charge” (Jose M got upset because when we left the restaurant we called to ask why he charges a 15% tip on card payments when a tip has already been left on the card. the table, (my question was: Are you, as a cashier, obliged to ask the consumer if they agree to pay the tip at checkout or ask if it was already left in cash on the table? His response was that the money was not for him and that if he wanted it he would ask the waitress for it... Even though the food is delicious, with people serving like this supposedly manager, the place is going to go into decline!
