Good luck trying to speak with a manager or the owner if you're unhappy with the service or your meal! Are you trying to voice a complaint? I called and left several messages over two months to inform the manager or owner that the online food prices were different from what we were charged when we picked up our order at the restaurant. We ended up paying more in cash than we would have if we had completed our order online. I was taken aback when I arrived, and no one could explain the price discrepancy or assist us in any way. I had gift card for candela I called commack and they told me I had to go to Hicksville because this is where it was purchased. So when walked in, I made sure to ask them if I could use the gift card. It was a $100 gift card btw. So after I eat the waiter said to me that the gift card was not activated that I needed the receipt. And therefore I had to pay out of pocket despite having a gift card. Came here on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was half empty, and 7 of us were seated at a table meant for 6 people. Not that big of a deal. Our waiter came and took our drink and appetizer orders. We asked to please have water for the table. Appetizers came out and we all enjoyed them, but still did not get water. Mind you this was the only beverage some people at the table ordered to drink. I’ve been here before and really enjoyed it, however, yesterday’s experience was mediocre. The causa was salty and most of the food came out room temperature and anyone who loves a tamal, knows that a cold tamal isn’t that great. The anticucho was very good. Thumbs up to that. The service was good. They were very attentive. The atmosphere was loud. The were projecting a concert with the sound on full blast. The dining room, though spacious only had a few tables. I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. My favorite dish was the green pasta, and I also tried the steak. While the steak was rated 4 out of 5, the pasta was absolutely perfect. I've been to several Peruvian restaurants where the pasta lacks flavor, but this is definitely my go-to spot. The atmosphere is fantastic as well. Highly recommended!

The food was absolutely delicious! I had a little bit of everything: steak, rice, seafood, and ceviche. The ambiance was lovely, and the singer, who had an amazing voice, made my birthday dinner truly unforgettable.
