This was my third time at La Cantina, and each visit is a reminder of why I keep coming back. I live in Paris now, but I never get tired of going to Le Vésinet just to have their wonderful dishes. It feels like a mini trip to Italy every single time. This time, I had their taglierini with truffles, and it was simply perfect rich, creamy, and comforting, paired with a beautiful bottle of red wine that tied everything together effortlessly.
