Bonjour, repas du 17/6 à midi. nous avions réservé la veille, heureusement. Nous terminions Une rando vélo autour des causses, et ce restaurant nous ne le connaissions pas, nous habitons l'Isère. A table, et à toute la salle, Le serveur a très bien expliqué les problèmes de personnel, qu'ils rencontrent et il a donné un conseil pour ne pas trop attendre. La patience nous l'avons eu et nous avons été très très satisfait de ces repas servis. Présentation goûts trop bien. Alors le monsieur trop pressé qui a fait scandale, heureusement, je ne partageais pas à sa table, j'aurais eu honte de son attitude. servers are nice though a little overbooked. For the kitchen, in the entrance, I took the pears pie, carrot velvety and beet houmous, it's interesting to have dishes in which more is, all delicious! for the dish, I chose the calf, crumble of turnips and crushed potatoes and panais. there still dishes in and all very good. Finally, as a dessert, I opted for the classic but excellent milk chocolate marrow. Overall, it was very varied and good.
we were in mende for a night and had dinner here. absolutely fabulous! all with locally grown organic ingredients and the restaurant is obviously guided by people who love what they do! (the menu choice is quite limited, but don't leave the service...off) was a bit slow, but that wouldn't stop me from going back.
we did not eat here, but after a long walk tried to find the place, we said a reading of the menu that this was for us. very limited selection and not occupied. only have what is fresh on this day and so too little choice....being far from the action and so no mood.

for a lunch or dinner we're here at a good address. dishes are made home with regional products. menus change every day. servers are hyper speed (a little too sometimes) but very welcoming and friendly.
excellent service from our waiter who explained the menu in perfect English and has given recommendations. the food was excellent and plentiful too. the best meal of our 10-day tour through France
small friendly room filled with happy, and obviously, regular customers. organic and locally produced ingredients.
I stopped at this restaurant that offers seasonal and organic quality cuisine. the signature dish is a pleasure
