La Cantine Bio - Reservar una mesa

Every time we have to go to Albertville we time it so that we can have lunch at the Cantine Bio. The concept is great. If you reserve ahead of time you will get your own table, but if you don\'t and it\'s busy, or...if you are alone and want to strike up a conversation, then you can sit at a communal table. The menu each day has one choice of vegetarian (like a quiche) or meat dish. There is usually a small salad and three veg. Very copious, and it all comes on one plate, but if you think you might be left hungry you can start with a fresh fruit or vegetable juice, add a desert (my husband loves the chocolate bavarois with orange sauce shown in the photos above) plus coffee or coffee substitute. We don\'t usually have wine as we are driving but they serve organic wine as well. Recommended!

every time we have to go to albertville, we will do it so that we can have lunch in the cantine bio. the concept is great. if they reserve before the time, they will get their own table, but if they are not and it is busy, or if they are alone and want to meet a conversation, then they can sit on a community table. the menu has a choice of vegetarian (like a quiche) or meat dish every day. there is usually a small salad and three veg. very polite, and it comes all on a plate, but if they think that they may leave starving they can begin with a fresh fruit or vegetable juice, add a desert (my man loves the chocolate bavarois with orange sauce shown in the photos above) plus coffee or coffee substitute. we usually have no wine as we drive, but they also serve bio wine recommended!
