we were once again on Wednesday on the pass in badenweiler, the restaurant of the hotel had rest day and we were reserved from the hotel a table in 'la Cantinella'.Grosse enttâuschung: the in itself nicely made local with two rooms and a terrace seems to be completely pointless there (except the rest day guests of the hôtels too). the reception is impersonal, despite numerous empty tables (which also remained empty) is not asked where you would like to sit, the benches are extremely uncomfortable, the chairs are little better, the most pleasant one sits on the chairs on the terrace. there is no word too much, the waitress speaks good enough German to say more than: "water, medium"? the food...
the location and atmosphere of the house are beautiful. interesting selection on the menu. as an appetizer we ordered a mixed salad and a carpaccio. good start despite a long waiting period before the order. main dish: Mini-Cannelloni.... for us 2. bad surprise: Mini-Cannelloni not fresh, but frozen. dry inside and with indeterminate taste. it could have been nice but the lack of personal (kitchen service) did not help.
after a break we tried it again in cantinella. we didn't even get to order. the service power had in turn 2 etagens to operate. no hosing had something on the plate below. a larger group came into the first stage and we asked ourselves how the service employees should handle this. we left the restaurant disappointed. once again - much too little personal. pity to this beautiful restaurant.
Ths tastefully decorated restaurant belongs to the better category of italian restaurants. Both times I was there I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals, the second time was no disappointment, which sometimes is the case. One has the possiblity of ordering vegetarian meals which aren't a poor alibi for non-meat eaters.

a nice little restaurant with a very Italian atmosphere. Our dish was good, it was fresh ravioli with mushrooms. pleasant service, great choice of weeping, right prices, honestly nothing to say, we had a good time in their house. in any case repeat another time.
I'm on business with my colleagues. I found this restaurant of excellent quality and really commendable service. very good waitress, good food, beer and impeccable service. I'd go with the family again. marco
This restaurant is part of the Sonne Hotel next door where we were staying. We were with a group of friends and unfortunately the service and food was not as good as the restaurant in the hotel.
Excelente restaurante italiano en Badenweiler, Alemania. Muy buena atención, comida muy bien preparada y vinos que complementan perfectamente la comida. Muy recomendable.
