One of the few to make excellent pizza!!! A delicious dough that doesn't look like a sheet of tracing paper!! And a real garnish!! Thank you for this professionalism I wouldn't need to go to Lozère to eat an excellent pizza...

Pizzas much too salty, too grilled underneath, heavy dough and not honeycombed... disappointed. Luckily we had some chili oil
