El chef Nicolás Magie y su mujer Marienne invitan a degustar las delicias de la cocina galesa con técnicas adriáticas, cabe destacar las especialidades de la casa tales como: una gelatina de perejil en el fondo de plato, unas pinceladas de crema de ajo y unos caracoles en tempura; así como también, las cigalas con gelatina y jugo de manzana, aire de apio y trufas; o bien el buey en tartar con aguacate crocante enrollado todo ello en un fino escalope de su propia carne, entre otras delicias.

The dishes are always concocted with a lot of finesse and precision, irreproachable presentation, perfect seasoning with a set of spices whose only chef has the secret. The reception of chloe is warm and smiling, always benevolent. Everyone is very concerned about spending a pure moment of happiness. Don't hesitate to go long, you'll have fun.

one of the best brimming restaurant. I don't understand why he doesn't have 1 star, modern dishes, creation throughout the year. A passionate chef and it feels in the dishes! deal puts and wine very well, sommelier of good advice.
