La Carreta - Reservar una mesa

We celebrated our daughters 21st birthday at the La Carreta on TimberLake tonight. Even though it was packed tonight, the manager (Maria) showed such focus to detail regarding our wishes of seating/celebration details and was so careful in making all of our requests flow perfectly. Her management style is something other businesses could learn from! The server who took care of the large party of 12-15 was Louis (not sure of spelling) and he was outstanding, attentive, and met all requests with such a positive attitude. I love the woodlake la caretta. one of my favorite dishes is a bran burrito with shredded cheese, then with the red sauce a side of rice. We also enjoy the chickentaco salad. what sometimes brings me to the restaurant is my dear to the salsa warm chips that they bring to them so that they can begin to satisfy their appetit! - more hired. so glad they are less than 5 minutes again!

eat here for gott, now! as now, I love eating the chips were on point the salsa is spicy, but not super-very sharp, the queso was amazing. the atmosphere was great. I have the birria tacos, they were amazing. the bark is super good quality. my friend got the steak and garnel and the steak was juicy and cooked for perfection.

on the late Sunday afternoon we met with naben, sohn, D-i-l and enkel. we have a wonderful table in a remote counter that was perfect as we had a small child with us. the food was absolutely fabulous, and the service was top notch! we will be very soon!
