La Carreta Mexican

The appeal of Mexican cuisine is cheap margaritas and free chips and salsa. I like this location especially because the bathrooms are downstairs. It's a big test to make sure you didn't have too many drinks. My last visit wasn't going either. I was unable to run any server for almost 15 minutes. A few times I would make eye contact with a server and they would turn their heads, not my table, not my problem. They gave us 1 bowl of salsa for 4 people we immediately ran out. We wanted to ask more, but it took 35 minutes to refill it. When our server came to the table, he just wanted our drinks. We had all our menus at the end of the table and were ready to eat, but he didn't want to take them. He served 1 drink at a time in 10 to 15 minutes intervals. When the last one of us was drunk, two of us were done. I like this place and maybe it was just a bad day when all the waiting staff didn't want to work. I'll give him another shot and if it's so bad again, I'll drop the evaluation and my bullet.

I have never, NEVER been disappointed by a La Carreta 's!! Their food is always perfect and the portions are like visiting my grandmother 's house--every time! Also, I don 't usually like standard margarita 's, but theirs just tastes.....amazing! Ordered it with no salt, which was perfect. I could taste every little bit of lime they used to make it. Finally, on my way out, had to use the restroom. Asked one of the servers where it was and he told me KFC ... There 's a KFC next door. ? I love that place. They never play around when it comes to their food. I 'd give 10 stars if I could. ?

The best Mexican food around!!? The staff are always friendly and energetic. They always make you feel like family. I highly recommend the steak fajitas. Great price for a great amount of food!!?

The food was good, drinks were good too. I wish they had given us a table for the party of seven. Server was not very attentive, but food was delicious.
