We used the delivery service of la casa two times and were very satisfied. Due to this experience we ordered Rssen again yesterday on 16.10.21 at 6 p.m. It should be delivered at 7.10. When there was no food at 7.30, I tried to call several times, but it was permanently occupied. Then I answered the confirmation email and asked to deliver the food by 8:00. It was very unpleasant to me because I ordered the food for my visit and for me. We still had nothing about 20.15, so there was the good old bread. At 21.15 our phone rang and a man came up with the question whether we had ordered food to Krefeld. Such a joke after all the data are stored there and we have already delivered our order twice...
