others have written about the special ambiente and the facility of this hotel, which we find very appealing. in the summer it is pleasant to eat on the back terrace, on which a few spring fountains provide more atmosphere. the restaurant is comfortable and the service professional and friendly. there is a short menu with first courses up to a price of about euro and main dishes in the middle of the twenties. three vegetarian dishes were offered. a "Great from the kitchen" on an august evening was a small bowl with delicious cold cucumber mint soup. ravioli were homemade, filled with ricotta and spinat and served with baked cherry tomatoes and pine nuts. wildlachs are not often found on Germa...

we have eaten in the frame of an overnight in the la casa at night. we had a temperate night that was suitable for a nice eating outdoors on the terrace. with the sprudeling fountains and only one handful of other guests it was magical. the service was attentive and fast; but we felt in no way cured. the selection of brot (as sun-dried tomatoes) was very well seasoned. Mushroom Tagliatelle was delicate and tasty. the Steak dinner was similarly excellent. we were invited to stay after the meal because of the wonderful location and the staff let us sit for as long as we wanted. I can only hope that I can visit another day to enjoy another magical meal

A very calm and private restaurant besides located in the lobby area of the hotel. Atmosphere gets even better with life piano music, but remaining in background. Check for days presently it's wednesday, friday and saturday. With respect to that atmosphere it has no match in TuebingenService is very personal and highly motivated.The wine list offers a wide variety by the glass which is outstanding. The staff knows about it's wines.The cooking is primary french with some arabic touches. To us a party of three the food was good but all three missed more intense tastes. Sure we will give it another try.

Vi hadde en middag på en ukedag. Da var vi de eneste gjestene. Kvaliteten på maten og servicen skulle tilsi at dette var en populær restaurant i byen, men det var altså helt stille i midten juni. Vi satte sammen ulike retter fra menyen til en fem-retters. Det var strålende kvalitet på maten og service var veldig god. De har et godt utvalg med vin i flere prisklasser. Habe das Candle Light Dinner gebucht und meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Ein absolut gelungener Abend! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war auf einem hohen Niveau und absolut köstlich. Das Ambiente mit dem Klavierspieler und der schönen Einrichtung hat das Gesamtbild perfekt abgerundet. Insgesamt ein perfekter Abend! Sehr gerne wieder.

What a wonderful boutique hotel close to the heart of Tubingen. This was our first visit to Germany and cannot say enough about the quality of service at this hotel. On top of that was the exceptional meals prepared by their gourmet chef each day. I had a steak dinner that included the most perfectly cooked piece of meat I have ever had. Truly exceptional.

Ausgezeichnete Küche, hatten das 6 Gang Menü, gut aufeinander abgestimmt, perfekt getimt, dazu freundlich aufmerksamer Service. In dieser Kombination zur Zeit das Beste in Tübingen, konkurriert mit der Linde in Gniebel und mit Waldenbuch. Bei der Weinkarte wäre noch mehr drin.

supposedly staring, but no air conditioning, which makes it difficult to sleep at open windows while you count the cars that pass on the main road. you didn't run off. on the arrival on the afternoon only a selection of snacks is available, prepared in advance. stars, really Reserva una mesa ahora

we had the entrecôte and the schnitzel. both well prepared. the manager Alessandro was very knowledgeable and pleasant
